BARDSTOWN, KY (November 17, 2025) - Bardstown/Nelson County Tourism is honored to announce that Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid, the acclaimed documentary-style television series, will officially feature Bardstown this week. The segment will air Wednesday, November 19th, showcasing our town’s beauty, deep cultural heritage, and the timeless charm that has made Bardstown one of America’s most storied small towns.
Known for its in-depth storytelling and commitment to educating audiences on remarkable communities and destinations, Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid has captured Bardstown’s enduring history and unique sense of place. While Bardstown is proudly known around the world as the Bourbon Capital of the World®, this segment shines a broader light on our historic landmarks, architectural treasures, and the welcoming spirit that defines Kentucky’s second-oldest city.
As part of this national broadcast opportunity, Bardstown’s feature will air during peak and prime viewing hours across major networks—including CNN, CNN Headline News, MSNBC, CNBC, Fox News, Fox Business Network, TLC, Travel Channel, and Discovery—from November 3–28, 2025. The segment will also be distributed to Public Television stations in all 50 states beginning the week of November 17, extending Bardstown’s story to millions of households over the next year.
